FACILITY
AMENITIES
Main
Barn: The expansive main stall barn has 24 stalls ranging
from 11x12 to 10x20, and has adequate ventilation with two wide
concrete aisles. With no overhead haylofts in the main barn, the
problem of hay particulates and dust falling through the air for
your horse to breathe is eliminated. All of the stalls are in good
condition, and 6 small stalls were recently converted into 3 larger
10x20 stalls, all stalls were re-leveled and re-matted. Steel yoked
stall gates can be installed on all stalls for enhanced equine socialization.
All of the stalls in the Main Barn will be available for Standard
and Premium Care board, with the 6 largest stalls only available
at the Premium Care board level.

Indoor
Arena: The brand new all-weather sand footing, eve lights
and high-powered metal halide lights in the huge 180' x100' indoor
arena make for a well-lit and very comfortable ride day or night.
The heated observation room with full kitchen, pull-up bar, tables,
chairs, 2 restrooms, and owner’s office are conveniently located
adjacent to the indoor.

Outdoor
Jumper Arena: fantastic, large outdoor riding arena with
all-weather sand footing and stadium lighting.
Outdoor
Dressage Arena: small dressage arena with all-weather sand
footing.
Outdoor
Grass Arena: large grass arena with stadium lighting (adjacent
to house).

Mid-Barn:
There are 8 large (11x12) stalls in the Mid-barn that connects the
Main Barn to the indoor arena. Hay is stored in overhead haylofts
in this barn, but there is excellent ventilation through this barn
with 2 15ft. doors to allow for a nice cross breeze. Boarders in
the Mid-Barn are able to keep their tack trunks in front of their
own stalls, as the aisle is approximately 30 feet wide.
Annex
Barn: There are 11 stalls in the Annex barn that is located
adjacent to the house. This barn will be used as an overflow barn
in the short term, but may be opened up as a broodmare barn in the
future. This barn has the classic high roof, overhead haylofts and
airy, wide open stalls, reminiscent of traditional old barns.

Kitchen,
Lounge & Viewing Area: There is a full kitchen in the
lounge with a viewing area equipped with expansive windows looking
into the Indoor Arena. This entire area is climate controlled with
heat and airconditioning for your year-round comfort.
Restrooms
with Laundry, Shower and Dressing Room Facilities: Also
in the lounge are 3 restrooms, laundry, showering and dressing room
facilities.
Training
and Lessons: Chatham Farm has an Open
Trainer policy (subject to approval by CF) and all disciplines are
welcome. CF’s lessons and training are available through top
area trainers, including but not limited to Hunter/Jumper trainer
Matthew Payne, Hunter/Jumper trainer Karen Reid and Dressage trainer
